The way business is conducted is quickly changing. With employees constantly on the move and with less office space, it’s hard to have collaboration with your team. A great solution to bring collaboration back in to your business is with Office 365. All Access in the Cloud

With Office 365, all files you create are now put on a cloud, so that your team can have access to files you want them to have access to. If you don’t want some of the files to go on the cloud, you have the option to save it to your computer, or save it to the cloud! If you do save it to the cloud, you also have the option of who to share it with, all you need is to add their email address.

Anywhere, Any Device

Now that all your documents are stored in the cloud, you can easily access them from any location. With the basic business package, you can download Office 365 on up to 5 devices. That means if you need to add to notes during a meeting, or get instant input from your peers, it can be done way faster.

Security

The biggest concern business owners have is with security on cloud systems. Since it is on the cloud, there is a belief that it is easier for hackers or unwanted people to access your personal information. By following this tutorial, you can hide parts of your documents so only you can see it. Encryption Tutorial

Another feature Office 365 has is encrypted emails. If you don’t want any outsiders getting access to personal information you send through emails, you can encrypt them for extra security.

Automatic Saves

With older versions of Office, if your computer happened to crash or you accidentally exited the window, all your work would be gone if you forgot to save. Since Office 365 is online, it saves every time a change is made. So if the wifi goes out, or your computer shuts down; you can rest easy knowing that all changes will be saved.

Always have Access to Latest and Greatest Updates

Since Office 365 is subscription based, your business will benefit by having the latest and greatest Office updates. With previous versions of Office, the disk you bought was the final version, if you wanted a better newer program, you would have to buy a whole new disk. Now, all these updates are free and easy to install. If you want to know more about Office 365 updates click the link to read their blog. Microsoft Blog
